Download Your Entry Form

November 29th and 30th you have the second annual Turkey bowl with a gauranteed first place prize of $1500 provided by our wonderful sponsers SWIRE COCA-COLA,, MEADOW GOLD,, BENNETT’S TRUCK SOURCE,, THE UTAH BASS FEDERATION NATION,, AIR VISION HEAVY TRUCK DETAILING AND WORLD FINANCIAL GROUP. (more possible sponsors pending). First place payout will probably get considerably higher.  The plan is to payout down to fourth place so all four places should get paid damn good and we’ll have trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.  Of course you will have the standard big bass pot but unique to the Turkey bowl you will also have the big striper pot (both of these option pots will pay back 100%).

The entry fee for the Turkey bowl is $200 per team and the options are $20 each.  There will be a pre tournament gathering on Friday the 28th, at Tom’s place in Ticaboo, from 4 to 6:00 pm where you can late register, enter options have a bowl of clam chowder, a slice of juicy ham and a couple of bread stix (provided by the Ticaboo Bass Co.) or just hang out, shoot the bull and let Tom tell you the rules and your boat draw.

First Annual Turkey Bowl

The Ticaboo Bass Company would like to thank all the participants and sponsors of the 2007 Turkey Bowl Bass Tournament. The tournament was a great success and next year's event should be even better.

"The payout of $1000-1st, $550-2nd and $350-3rd goes down as the highest payout for a ten boat tournament ever held at Lake Powell. With option money included 1st actually walked with $1066, 2nd took home a cool $816 and third knocked down $576. Along with the prize money 1st, 2nd and 3rd all recieved nice trophies and a case of Squatters beer. Fourth place (first out of the money) received 2 pairs of bitch'n Wiley X sunglasses donated by Jim Arntz. The weather was good although it snowed 4 inches the day before the tourney started. Water temp was 55-60 and it seemed a good time was had by all."
